Location
The Lighthouse Barn is surrounded by 70 acres in the heart of the Peak District National Park, Derbyshire. There are no neighbours, no noise, and just tranquil, peaceful, beautiful countryside for you to enjoy.
The venue is easily accessible by car with plenty of safe parking spaces. Or come by train to Derby Station and then onwards to local stations Ashbourne and Buxton. One of their team will meet you on your arrival, and ensure you are back in time for your train home.
Activities and Prices
Receive support from a team of experts in the fields of mindfulness, meditation, hypnotherapy, counselling, Reiki, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and EFT (emotional freedom technique).
The 5-day retreat is all-inclusive:
· 1:1 sessions with professional, experienced practitioners/teachers.
· Group activities: meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, hypnotherapy and more.
· Workshops: different topics around self-awareness and personal development.
Price: from £1300 per person sharing room, full board, all-inclusive. Single room option is available.

Accommodation and Food
All the bedrooms have beautifully appointed luxurious en-suite facilities and are tastefully decorated throughout.
Two bedrooms have three single beds, and three of the bedrooms have a double and a single bed.
Food: Their own on-site cook will be delivering well planned, high-quality, home-cooked food. All dietary requirements will be catered for including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and those who have food intolerances and allergies.
