October is a great month for a holiday. You can catch the last of the summer warmth in the Mediterranean with average temperatures still around a comfortable 25 or 26 degrees Celsius, and the sea has warmed up during the summer. The crowds will be gone, and if you’re lucky, you’ll even have a beach to yourself.
